At Umoja Shoe Company Ltd, we want you to step out in confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Umoja box and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the outer shipping carton.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
